GROUNDSWELL STRATEGY

· WHAT

o Adelaide Arise has an initiating role, acting individually and in joint ventures

o help catalyse the "may-be-one" Church to be continually and strongly on the move

o a supplementary activity to existing Church activities and other ministries

o help break-down the silo mentality by encouraging moving in concert out from the four walls into the market-place

· WHY

o creating critical force spiritual zones at the local level to create seismic shock waves (think tsunamis) and spreading/seeding of spot fires from the local to the global level

o think global, act local (understand the demographic realities and challenges)

o aim for wave convergence and bushfire convergence and intensity based on fuel-load

o all new growth curves need pioneers/entrepreneurs

o we are spiritual and community development entrepreneurs

o first the church groundswell then a Church instigated and led peoples groundswell to win favour for the Church and to help win our country back to a Godly strategy of humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God

· HOW

o master strategy is based on:

§ DECENTRALISATION

· a decentralisation strategy for Church and community revival

· focussed on geography, governance and other community functions

· engaging with the people in the public square (market-place) where they live, work, play, shop and govern

· as a powerful answering strategy to centralisation

§ DISTRIBUTION

· these local concentrations of spiritual power to encourage Spirit-led waves and spot-fires to spread across the world

o supporting strategies for laying the foundations (individual strategies serving the master strategy)

§ mobilise local prayer groups and concerted prayer for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit for Church revival and mission outreach (including the master strategy and these strategies)

§ suburban prayer networks based on mesh block strategy

§ leadership workshops focussing on kingdom realities (GCO vs NWO etc), kingdom problem-solving and mobilisation leadership

§ equipping the saints on key issues (e.g plebiscite, political correctness)

§ interface with 3 tiers of government (based on suburban prayer networks)

§ awareness meetings (inc. general and specific warnings)

§ city-based meetings (calls to prayer and mobilisation including call-up, enlisting, training and engagement as well as strategy reporting) the most powerful governance and community engagement program ever in Australia
