ARMY ORGANISATION
1. ORGANISATION STRUCTURE IS BASED ON
STRATEGY
2. START WITH A SUBURB
We have a lot of data about regions. You
can help us fill in the gaps. See ...

contact us by email - head
your email subject as "MBO", then state
your name, address & telephone number. We will answer any
question and slot you in for Skype sessions and/or face-to-face
team meetings if you so require. We can then work out what level of rank you
want to be e.g soldier or general
3. FOCUS YOUR STRATEGIC THINKING ON A REGION
- WHY?
- the decentralisation push-strategy will
focus on regions so we can get leverage on the 3 tiers of
government - councils, State & Federal electorates in that
region - to grow grassroots strategies and funding and reduce
duplication and waste. The "one-size-fits-all" approach of
centralists is foolish - particularly when local opinion is not
factored in properly. Ignorance and fake consultation can be
real problems whereby the community loses trust in politicians
and feels disenfranchised by governing elites.
- regional names and geographies are better
known than local government and electorate boundaries -
particularly outside the city metropolitan area
- we will be pushing the need for a
regional voice - because it's a good geographic rallying point
for a grassroots groundswell.
- regional representation in Upper Houses
across Australia is an enticing opportunity for independents
- Churches can become "bubbles", where
moving out into the public square is not taught or encouraged -
despite the command to "go" and the great example of the early
Church being active in the public square. We need to get "God"
into public conversations and introduce people to wisdom
downloaded by us to help them problem-solve, plan and organise
their lives at all levels. Christians can take the lead for
change.
- imagine then Christians helping reions to
become more powerful in government. Local governmnet needs to be
strengthened. Localism is the best countervailing strategy to
globalism. Local production is better than monopolistic
production in far-away places. People power can be expressed
also by the power of the consumer - we just have to build power
on the demand side to break globalistic power on the supply
side. Each region has enough people to do that.
- if you want to be that kind of leader,
contact this site and we'll show you how to make it happen
- Your aim - to glorify God by showing
how people in regions can put God first and win strong
parliamentary representation.
- All the Upper Houses in Australia
could be made up of regional independents.
- Parliament needs reform. The Upper
Houses today are party-driven and the party representatives
are clones of those in the Lower Houses.
- The plan is for there to be no
parties in the Upper Houses.
- it would be advantageous to start
with outer-lying regions first - why?
- the opportunity would be seen
more clearly than in the city - and the needs in some
areas are greater
- the thinking and culture has been
less eroded than in the city
- word-of-mouth would be stronger
- local media opportunities would
be greater
- the momentum built in outer
regions would be a powerful demonstration to the city
regions (an encirclement strategy).
- then there would be strong pressure
for godly government as that anticipated by the Consttution,
support for localism through decentralisation and the
breaking down of globalism and their anti-freedom, anti-God
policies and practices, which are destroying this country,
aided and abetted by many politicians who love big
government yet can't cite any example in history where it
worked for the people. It only works for elites motivated by
greed, power and the need for recogntion and fame.
- Christians can lead the way and
present Christ-like character and God-given strategies for
reform and renewal.
- This would be the fastest way for
change and also exert a lot of pressure on parties to change
their ways accordingly.
- local government would be
strengthened and benefited - and there would need to be a
new type of elected representative, with strong character
and strategy.
- time to address OPPORTUNITY, not just
problems. Time to be POSITIVE, not just negative, passive
and critical. Time for HOPE.
- the best definition of power is "the
ability to make things happen". The sequence is THINK,
SPEAK. ACT - with all 3 steps bathed in prayer.
4. A MATURING ORGANISATION
- suburban first-movers will be joined by
others from that suburb
- suburban groups will send representatives
to Council and electorate groups.
- the main player will be regions - so they
have to be really well run to provide cutting edge moves with
media, councils, State and federal governments
- the push strategy requires building on
strength and developing geographic wedges for particular prayer,
conversation and change. It helps to have leading players who
are at the front of the pack - think marathons for the 10 year
peiod. They will provide great testimony and coaching for others
following.
- remember, we are looking to God for
empowerment, addition and multiplication.
- we will not be taking a purse as we go -
this is not a fund-raising push. The bulk of the work will be
done without a budget, by volunteers.
- as such, the organisation structure will
be flat
