The first columns "Create Concept" recommend drawing down wisdom from God to deal with the facts of the situation. This will save a lot of time and give laser-like direction and power to the concept. Notice the thoughts become ways forward. Also note the Holy Spirit role for declaring thiings to come - very useful for the last days. Remember too the power of the Word (energised by the Holy Spirit) to put the enemy to flight. In the same way it can help recruit thousands of unsaved people in the public square - drawn by the wisdom you display for dealing with current problems and opportunities as well as your Christ-like character.
(Isa 55:8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. (Isa 55:9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.(NKJV)
(John 16:13) When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. (John 16:14) He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.(NKJV)
(Lev 26:8) Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall chase ten thousand, and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
In these last days you will need to change your priorities so you can get the work done - same as in war time. Better to do the change-management now before it's too late.
Simply put, it's managing change. Many people seek and make changes to indicate prowess, particularly if they are in a new job. Thinking up change is an objective process, not a subjective one. MBO also stands for Management By Objectives - where an organisation is seen as an inter-locking hierarchy of objectives. At the top of the pyramid of that hierarchy are the top-management statements about desired future direction, including vision and specific targets for things like market share, sales growth, return on investment etc plus some statements about social and environmental responsibility. A statement about desired culture may be included.
The point is that you can't work on change unless you know what the surrounding pattern of objectives is. that way you can look at the areas likely to be imapcted by that change. So we develop criteria that the change options should satisfy - sort of a design brief for change, just like you have a design brief before you start an architectural project or new product development.
Many change programs focus only on the people side of the desired transformation. Taking a broader approach as described above will get a better buy-in from those affected by change and thus better and quicker result.
Is change-management part of the strategy approach? Definitely. For example see "OZEXIT Vision 2030"
See how the strategy process relates to that OZEXIT Vision 2030 strategy document. Schematic
Have a look at the following illustrations:

Both pictiures in the above chart show time on the horizonal axis and change improvement on the vertical axis.
Let's now apply this thinking to our early discussion in the Army Strategy section to gap-closing. Here the horizontal axis is not time but Culture and the vertical axis refers to the gap-closing problem-solving steps. The key point here is that we want a 10 out of 10 point score on each axis. That is, we are trying to better results on a task and people level at the same time. A good way to think of this is that in every meeting and discussion we try to get the job done AND build human relations at the same time. The two dimensions are affected at the same time. Otherwise culture can decline and you get a negative culture. Left-wing progressives are very unskilled in this process and just desire chaos so they can build a Utopian future out of the mess - someho - they never say because the don't know. They are mainly driven by the lust for power rather than the public good.

Biblically you are or can be. God often uses the most unlikely person. The key is that God can turn our weakness into strength - as long as the change process is done His way. The whole notion of "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth just as it is in heaven" involves change. God changes people, places and situations. So start from these realities.
You have a choice - to be passive and change-resisant or active and change-seeking. There's lots that needs changing. Certainly self-change is a huge area, so also is external change in the public arena or public square. A passive church is one that only looks internal. The change-making church is also external in focus and seeks the unity of God's love with love for neighbour. Time to be on the move. There wqas a story of a German church during wartime whose only restance to change was to sing louder when the concentration camp trains went past. Those days are on the horizon for us if we don't act effectively and help lead our community and nation back to God and forward for a better quality of life.
We put a lot of energy and time into things like diet and exercise for our physical health, but often a lot less into our mental and spiritual health. They are all inter-related. Same with communities and nations. As a starting point think about this and discuss it with some others - looking also at the charts on Positive Culture and Negative Culture.
Then choose an entry point for your next 10-years (at least) to prepare for and celebrate the Lord's 2000 year anniversary in 2030 or the enemy's plan for world domination by 2030 (see Army Strategy)
Don't wait for others. Pioneers get going first. Many wait until they see a moving train - because they don't like risk. This was the problem in Nazi Germany and Communist Russia etc. People are like sheep (or lemmings). We have to be God's sheep and be good followers of Christ - the greatest pioneer for change and the most successful change-maker the world has ever seen. Start with the Word and prayer - with God all things are possible. Join the Pro-God Army now.
